Our Return Policy

At Charlotte Crystal, we are quite confident that you will enjoy and cherish your handmade Bohemian crystal for years to come. 

However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please email us within 15 days of delivery, stating why you wish to return the shipment. You will then be given a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on where and how to ship the item back to us. We cannot accept a return without a RMA number. Additionally, we cannot assign a RMA after 15 days from the delivery date. 

After being given a RMA number, simply return the item in its original packaging, including the packing slip and we will refund your purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. All items must be in original condition. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days only. We apologize, but shipping charges cannot be refunded. 

If an item is damaged when received, or we shipped an incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund including shipping charges. If an incorrect item was received, it must be returned in its original condition. 

For out-of-stock items, we must secure the funds before placing the order. If this is the case, we will notify you via email.

Please note that all clearance items are sold “AS IS” and cannot be returned.
